Slow Cooker Creamy Lemon Chicken with Spaghetti

Indulge in the succulent flavors of slow-cooked chicken in a creamy lemon sauce served over perfectly cooked spaghetti. This dish is a delightful blend of tangy and savory, making it a perfect comfort meal for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper

Pour mixture over chicken

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender

About 30 minutes before serving, cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente

Drain

Shred chicken using two forks and return to the slow cooker

Stir to combine with the sauce

Serve creamy lemon chicken over cooked spaghetti noodles, garnished with chopped parsley
