Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 celery stalks, sliced

- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:
