Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Put ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Make 4 patties out of it
For patties to be done the way you like them, grill them for 5 to 7 minutes on each side
During this time, cook the bacon in a pan until it is crispy
Put paper towels down to dry
Put blue cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and mix them together
On the grill, toast the buns for one to two minutes
Place the blue cheese mix on the bottom half of each bun
Cover the buns with bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices
Then put the cooked patties on top of the lettuce
Place the top half of the bun on top and serve right away
