Healthy Chipwich Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen and sliced
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

In a food processor, blend frozen banana slices, almond butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips

Scoop the ice cream onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small discs

Place another piece of parchment paper on top and gently press down to flatten
