Ingredients:
- 1 lb spicy Italian sausage
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 package of low-carb pasta dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
Taking the sausage out of its casing, cook it in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown
Place the cooked sausage, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Mix them all together
Cut the pasta dough into squares after rolling it out
On each square of dough, put a spoonful of the sausage mix
Along the edges, press the dough to seal
Fold the dough over the filling to make a triangle
Boil some salt water in a pot
Add the ravioli and cook for three to four minutes, or until they float to the top
Warm up the olive oil in a different pan over medium-low heat while the ravioli are cooking
After the ravioli are cooked, put them in the pan with olive oil and cook on both sides until they turn golden brown
Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve hot
