Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 pizza crust store-bought or homemade
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425F 220C
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned
While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare your pizza crust according to the package instructions or your homemade recipe
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the tomato sauce
Once the cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly
Then, distribute the roasted cauliflower, black olives, red onion, and basil evenly over the pizza
If you like it spicy, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top
Bake the pizza in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing
