Cajun Spiced Tofu

With a mix of spices and seasonings, this Cajun Spiced Tofu recipe gives your food big flavors. Cajun seasoning, soy sauce, and maple syrup are mixed together and then added to the tofu. It is then baked until it is perfectly crispy. This vegan dish tastes great and is full of protein. It goes well with rice, quinoa, or a side salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block extra firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400F 200C

In a bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper

Add cubed tofu to the bowl and toss until well coated with the seasoning mixture

Spread the tofu cubes evenly on a lined baking sheet

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tofu is crispy and golden brown

Serve hot and enjoy
