Ingredients:
- 2 beef patties
- 1 sesame seed bun
- 2 slices of American cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2-3 dill pickle slices
- Special sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat
On both sides, season the beef patties with salt and pepper
For medium-rare, cook the patties for three to four minutes on each side
Either grill or toast the sesame seed bun while the food is cooking
First put the special sauce on the bottom bun
Then add the shredded lettuce, diced onions, a slice of cheese, the beef patty, the middle bun, pickles, the second beef patty, another slice of cheese, diced onions, shredded lettuce, and the top bun
Slowly press down on the burger to keep it together
Use foil or parchment paper to wrap the Big Mac so its easy to handle
Serve your homemade Big Mac right away and enjoy it
